Since I am re-selling gacha items I do not create I can not help you fix an item that is broken. You should contact the creator with problems with the actual item. That said if it is a packing or delivery issue please contact me and I'll do what I can. I use the Viewer-Managed Marketplace to list items so they are sold straight from my inventory. I double check all packages to make sure there are NO empty ones :)
