Go in world for the full version, it will redelliver.
I had an issue with this Tattoo and some facial stuff- but it turns out the MP isn't updated to EvoX, but you CAN get it redelivered in the in-world store and all will be well. I'm just happy it was able to be fixed, because this ia an awesome tattoo.
