There are a few paint programes online without installing it and it is free to use.

Installation

1) Rezz your boat
2) Drag the DOCK411 - BOAT ROOT script inside your boat
3) Rezz the nameplates
4) Touch the nameplates
The name plates will position themselves automaticaly once rezzed and touched

Awesome Addition to the TMS Nassau Beach
These are a terrific add-on for The Mesh Shop's Nassau Beach!
Instead of putting logos, registration numbers and names on the boat's hull texture you can dedicate an entire texture to each, making them much more sharp. There are also plenty of plates so you can put a logo or name pretty much wherever you might desire.
