This item is designed for those that both need a magical circle as well as enjoy decorating their homes and sims with magical symbols. For those into the magic community, they'll recognize the inner-most detail of this circle, and for those outside of it will appreciate the beauty of this item.
The three segments rotate, the inner most circle rotating counter clockwise, the middle ring rotating clock wise, and the outer ring rotating counter clockwise.
Being mod, it's easy to tint the white texture of the circle to any color you wish, as well as you can edit individual pieces of the circle to create various color patterns and combinations.

If for any reason your circle ceases to spin, type "/737 spin" in local chat, minus the quotation marks.

It's really well done, but...
I wish it could be shrunk down.. Like, a lot. I really wanted to use it as an avatar component instead of a floor decoration, but the size is ginormous no matter what. :| it would be easy 5 stars if it could be small.

Love changing it colors, even black looks really good!
Simple, yet effective
I think all of this stores circles, not just this one, are fine craftsmanship and a brilliant product for use in really any scene. Whether it be Role-play, or just in someones sim, house, whatever. Certainly worth the money, if not more :3
