A flat and green region divided into equal thirds with a smooth canal separating each area. I am amazed at how much time it took to make those canals smooth!
This terrain terraforming file was hand made inworld, so you can have confidence it will load and look good without problems.
When you buy this you have permission to use it yourself (no one else) on any compatible grid.
It is extremely easy to use. It comes with a notecard with full instructions and a picture of the terrain just in case you need reminding what flat and green looks like and I'm around to help if you need it.
** You must be an estate owner to load this. If you're not you'll have to email the .raw file to them and ask them to load it. **
This is only available for sale on the Marketplace and you cannot view a demo of it.

The copyright of the .raw file, the notecard and the picture of the land is held by Alexia Cournoyer.
You are licenced to use this on any compatible grid. All I ask is that you do not give the pack away to anyone else nor sell any part of it, either singly or as a pack.

I have emailed the creator and nothing now trying to see about how to get a refund...I didnt even realize this person is no longer in world. Not sure why the MP store is still active but i purchased this and got a notecard that said email Alexia and i did that and nothing.....

this is the second terrain I had ordered from this seller ordered with the other one one the same day..........I ordered this from this seller first off the email on it was not a valid email, than it took over 24 hours for her to contact me after leaving IM in world.................I told her before she responded that I just wanted a full refund that I had to get something else..........she sent the files anyway.............I deleted them and ask for the refund but never got it her excuse what she was very busy at work............well I had a dead line to make in world as well.......................never did get my refund
