Usage Licence
You are licenced to use these textures within the Second Life main grid platform. You are not licenced to export to any other grid or platform. This includes any other Linden Labs platforms. Your usage right is subject to any other restrictions imposed by Linden Lab.
There are 3 restrictions to the licence:
1. You may not resell these textures as textures - either individually or the pack. They are designed for content creators within Second Life.
2. You may not give these textures away, this licence only covers your usage of them.
You may however transfer them to any of your alternative inworld accounts. In the event of a DMCA you will need to provide evidence to Linden Lab that you do own both the account that has been DMCA'd and the account which purchased the textures.
3. You are not permitted to download these textures to your hard drive for any reason. This includes backing up your inventory.
Copyright of the textures you now own is held by Alexia Cournoyer. If you have questions about what you can do with them that isn't covered by this (for example you wish to download to modify and upload for your use) then contact Alexia Cournoyer.
Unauthorised copying of this product will result in a DMCA and any other appropriate legal action.
