New England like cottage with a big conservatory on the left.
The package contains the house with a small gardenhouse. (2 items)
When house is rezzed it contains 5 parts:
- front and back door (each 5 prims)
- Patio (optional) (13 prims)
- Fireplace (optional) (11 prims)
- The house including the conservatory (91 prims)
totally 124 prims
For flexibility reasons you can decide yourself if you want to use the pation and/or fireplace or not.
Same for the small gardenhouse. This one is optional and is not attached to the house. The gardenhouse contains the small house itself with some decorations inside and the door.
