Knockoff!
It's pretty, and I should know cuz it's an old favorite of mine. This is a blatant knockoff of KOSH's Adain Necklace found here:

PS. the original comes with mod perms. Only get this if you don't care if it's mod and are willing to cheat the original creator for a slightly less expensive product.
