My signs use a special little texture trick to look the way that they do, and some were even made before the concept of PBR.
Since all of pieces are modifiable, it's not impossible that something could break. Maybe I haven't made that open sign PBR yet.
Just in case this is you, I have a free little package of all my textures and the PBR material I use for all my pieces.
