Would you like to know how much time you actually spend in Second Life?

Unfortunately, there is no official function or visible statistics for this, as is offered on some gaming platforms, for example.

With this HUD, you can now automatically track your online time, both for a current session and the total time for all days. You may be surprised at how much time you spend in Second Life :-)

The display is shown as hovertext in years, months, days, hours, and minutes, whereby units with 0 are not displayed in order to keep the display as short as possible.

When you wear this HUD, it records the start date (once) and then continuously tracks your current and total online time and displays it on the screen via hover text. You can also display the average time across all days at any time with a single click.

You can choose from a variety of colors for the hovertext and the small time circle, so that everything is always clearly visible.

The HUD comes in an English and a German version (both versions are included with purchase). The English version has additional settings for the desired date format and decimal separator, so you can use a format you are familiar with (DD/MM/YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY, DD.MM.YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY, each with a period or comma as the decimal separator). The German version always uses the format commonly used in Germany (DD.MM.YYYY with a comma as the decimal separator). If you need a different format, please contact support.

Functions:

► Click on the time circle: Statistics on online time are displayed in chat (not publicly) and the 5 labeled function buttons become visible.
► Click on the time circle again: Function buttons are hidden again.

► TEXT: The color of the hovertext is changed; each click changes to a different color.
► CIRCLE: The color of the time circle is changed; each click changes to a different color.
The color changes from white > light green > yellow > green > pink > magenta > red > cyan > black and then back to white.

► SEPARATOR: Changes the decimal separator; each click switches between a period and a comma (also displayed in chat)
► DATE FMT: Changes the date format; each click changes to a different format (also displayed in chat).

► MANUAL: Instructions are sent.

Any text displayed in chat is not public; only you can read it.

(Unfortunately, the online time before wearing this HUD is not known. However, after a while, you can try to estimate how long you were online in total before that by extrapolating the recorded time and the daily average time calculated by the HUD to the past days since you registered with Second Life (if necessary, taking into account any earlier deviations in usage behavior). This will only be an approximation, but it still has a certain informational value.

This is because data may not be saved if the viewer is not closed correctly in the event of a crash. THIS IS A SECOND LIFE ERROR and NOT an error in this script!
