This sunken mausoleum is made from high quality low land impact mesh and sculpts.
You can use this on ground not as underwater mausoleum if you wish.
Try the demo inworld to see the underwater dust particles float around when you swim. Try different windlight settings for best quality effect too.
Just remember that the mausoleum is not a house for you to live in but decoration. It has a very realistic door with rusty metal creepy creek when opened and closed.
There is a shadow sculpt inside the mausoleum added to have a shadow effect with the skeleton inside but you can remove it to lower your prim counts.
Mausoleum is only 1-2 land impact in very large size. I also added shadow and invisible prim behind it so you don't fall when walking inside. Removing those (ask me how inworld if you need help) will leave you a mausoleum with 1-2 Prim equivalent with door linked in very large size.
The rusty lichened iron fence are of good LOD and low land impact as well. I added a complete set of larger size ready to use with 2 high quality scripted working gates (see photo) for your own project.
The pathway is high quality as well. You can make more and use them for your halloween or haunted theme decorating. Make your own bigger cemetery or whatever comes in your creative mind.
There is beam of light, bubbles, and swimming shark as well for you to enjoy.

The only thing to remember is to not link the mounds or outcrops to the mesh because they are sculpted. I set them to phantom and only for decoration purposes not for walking on.
