Very simple yet relaxing place to put your lounger, spa, dining table, hot tub, or living room. You can raise the base of the structure to make it feel like your on a hill. I added longer stairs for that in case you like it higher like I do. Just add a bit or plants around and it feels like your on vacation!

This item is UNFURNISHED. The furniture you see in the picture is to show you some ideas and how the space would be like. ALL the info where I got them are included in the pack.

Tropical fan and plants are included. You can easily fill those empty spaces around your parcel with low prim vegetation.

- Rez faux packaging (see note card or click help for guide)
- 35 prims but can be lessen by modifying some parts of it

NOTE: MESH parts should be linked together to lower the land impact. In case you would like to redesign the structure, make sure you link the parts afterwards. Copy and modify, so you can copy as many as you wish and always have a back-up incase you wanted to make more changes.
DO NOT link the front doors, the window frames which are phantom, and the fan which is a sculpt. If you are new in second life feel free to ask me for help.
