Risendor will provide 12 homes/rental spaces for the members of your Elven Conclave.

Enter through the soaring triple arches and you'll find yourself in the central common courtyard. The three stories high open space is a great place for meetings or grand balls. The upper galleries will provide a splendid place to watch the dancers or for private trysts amongst the greenery.

All of this is sheltered under the central painted dome. The Sweeping staircases will allow each resident a most elegant descent to join the festivities while allowing their own personal beauty to shine for all below to admire.

Each tower opens into the common area with windows facing outwards. There are 3 Apartments in each of the four towers.

The total footprint for Risendor is 54 x 50.

Each apartment is a spacious 15 x 15, each with private entrance and the possibility of fantastic views.

The total prim count for the build as packaged is 150 prims. Since some of you live in northern areas prone to snow and winter chills, the foliage vines (20 prims including central lights) are removable as is the water fountain ( 8 prims) in the central courtyard.

Since we all know that sometimes “things” happen in SL, Risendor has copy permissions. So, should your rezzed copy fall prey to roaming software Gremlins, all you need to do is drag another rezzer from your inventory.
