*if you unlink décor from building it's 7li
plus 5 seats... with an animation and a photo pose in each.

-Rocking Horse 2li
*Seats are not linked so you can use (or not) separately in your house or wherever. ;)
*Rocking horse rocks, train circles. (both touch on/off).
-Train & tree skirt 3li
all total ='s 35li for complete soft-link build... as shown in picture with all the décor & seats
Everything is copy/mod (except scripts, my animations and my poses.. these are copy only)
In essence, you can use your own décor, you can take all the Christmas stuff off (unlink) to use all year round, you can even retexture if you want!
Got to love Choices!!!
I used AvSitter for the animations/poses and left the helper and the AVPOS card modify. So if you know how to use AvSitter you can make permanent adjustments for your avi or add your own animations.
