This perfect little house...
I have no idea why this old house doesn't have a review so far. So contrary to my usual practice, I chose to purchase it on MP just to leave a review.
This house was released a couple years ago but is still modern, up to date and one of my favorites EVER.
It's roughly a 22.7X13.1 meters (so it fits any 32X32 lot), concrete as the name says (but texture possible), open loft style (but you can pull ambients with only a couple prims if you're creative enough), it has only 56 land impact. A bit of a pain for retexturing if you're into this sort of thing, but it will accept any decor. It can be easily turned into a skybox too.
I had it already on an older alt. I have done, redone and undone with this little house and I like it so much I bought in this avatar as well. (And will probably get on the third alt as soon as I spare the cash again). It couldn't be any nicer if trying hard. Really a worthy purchase. Practical, sweet, and although concrete, it's actually quite cozy.
