These 10 textures are handmade personally carefully selected high quality 10 png files , the textures are handmade and created from scratch. I sell these full perm for use in your own make ups packs or use in your own created avatar packs, the png textures are already 'made' that means you can copy and paste them in photoshop right on your eye template or use them directly in an eye template in SL and they will end directly on your avatar eyes

These eyes/png files are called PEPPER full perm EYES, the avatar PEPPER will be sold in a different pack and for a different price and is not full perm.

You are the rightfull customer of these FULL PERM TEXTURES and only YOU can resell them as it is or as an add on to your creations. You have the right to sell the make ups copy only or transfer only, you cannot sell the textures but only use them in your own creations as make ups or as add ons, these are the terms and conditions:

-You have the right to sell the textures copy only or transfer only, never sell the textures or tattoo layers as transfer and copy both active.
- these textures must not given away for free to alts, friends or anyone else, do not give these textures or make ups free as gifts or within hunts
-You can not include any texture files in the box or content
-Product(s) can not be full perm
- you cannot use the (key) words 'noya' to your product(s) but you can use your own brand
-One item can be licensed to only one avatar. Buying one item and transferring it to your alt avatars or colleagues is not allowed.

however I remain , at all times, to be the rightfull owner and creator of these textures and if I see you not sticking to my terms, or for any other reason I want these textures off the market then I have that right to claim. Rights are reserved to refuse to sell license for NOYA products to individuals when/if necessary.
