Close to be Good, but only "Close"

When i tried this Hair, my first Thought was a "Yes", but then ....

NO MOD ! The Hair is far too big, but you cannot fix that.
RIGGED ! You connot even fix the Position.

Unusable ! I will NEVER understand, why Creators do this Failures. So it is a Waste of Money !
