The store occupies exactly a plot of 4096sqm, the shape of the structure is in L, so there is a space in the front between the ends, make sure that your land fits the whole store before purchasing, see the model in my area of rez in the virtual world.

This is the shop you need and even more than that
Every item sold by this creator is so well made and also practical. If you start your business, big or small, I can't recommend you enough to check out this brand.
You know how you like an item but it also comes with some downsides? Too many prims, low ceilings, not enough space, those flickers here and there, bad LOD, ugly textures? You won't find that here.
The creator of this store has everything in mind when he's building something. I've bought a bunch of items from him along the years and every time I'm rezzing them in-world I'm still amazed by their high quality. You should also check out his furniture pieces.
On top of all that, the person behind this brand is a very down to earth guy. Responsive, patient, available, he always gets back to you and really acts on any suggestion you give him.
Anyway, this particular shop has two levels and if you use four of them you can have a really cool commercial area on 1/4 of a sim with so much space available inside. At the time of writing this review, he's actually using this shop as his main store in-world which really says something. Go check it out!
