I apologize for the meager description of this villa, there is a lot about what I would like to write.
I strongly recommend that you go to the store, see the house with your own eyes and fully check it. This will make you more confident that this is the right choice.

In this house you will find many options, unexpected and pleasant, that will make your life in SL more colorful and realistic.

Fully decorated, furnished and animated.
It has 2 floors with bedroom, a large gazebo with a fireplace and all amenities, a combined kitchen and dining room and a separate living room, a swimming pool with dancing and adjustable lighting,
The light in the rooms is turned on by a switch,
Animated birds, butterflies, fish in the aquarium (animals move randomly) In order for animals to move, you must run them and you will find instructions in the package
On the walls in each room and on the wall of the fence you will see a panel with buttons. Using these buttons you can turn on the lights, hang curtains (using HUD for curtains, you can change the texture of curtains in the amount of 20 + 20 textures, and you can change the combination of curtains (there are 4 combinations), set a jacuzzi or shower at your discretion. All tables have the built-in menu as well as the kitchen cabinet has a menu and animations
