the mod in the picture if from berrybird
comes in 2 different styles cell shading and no cell shading.
this is baked on mesh that means you need a bom skin and alpha for this to work

Probably the best looking neckfloof on the market! I'm very satisfied.
Just be careful if you use long hair, it will almost definitely clip through in the back. If there was a version with "flatter" fluff in the back, it would really help us ladies with longer hairstyles!
A demo might be appropriate too, considering the potential fitting issues.
