It might look like a lot of files when you first open up the folder, but I'm gonna help you through the process.
1) Sweater and Corset come separately. You need to find the ones matching your size and put them on.
2) Next Add '$NT _HUD_ Corset Mesh Tones'. It'll let you pick out of 5 different shades of corset mesh to match your skin tone perfectly.
3) Most of the sweaters have scripts that autohide parts of your body, to ensure no clipping. However, if you are a Kupra, Impressions or a BBW girl, you should also wear Cashmere Sweater Alpha with your Cashmere sweater.
If you'd like to mix and match sweater and corset colors, you should opt for the Fatpack, cause the HUD is gonna let you do exactly that.
