The "Rails" Kit provides a way to assemble cargo conveyors. It uses keyframing and raycasting. Conveyor prims (of which several types are provided, the mesh ones are nicely functional) can be either linked or unlinked, and rotated how you like within sensible limits (i.e. cargo needs to be able to follow the conveyor).

Various types of conveyor modules are provided in a suite of sample linksets, all of which can be rezzed and tested, pulled apart and their modules used in thew assembly of your own conveyors. Various example pieces of cargo are included, in order get you started with using the system to set up your own conveyors. If you would like to create new conveyor modules, you can do this thanks to a helpful path creator tool and extensive instructions (see manual).

All scripts are provided as NO-TRANSFER, but you *can* sell creations that use my scripts as they *are* fully editable -- you will have to credit me in your code, and you will have to copy the code from my scripts to your own scripts before resale, but that's all you have to do. Second Life is more fun when information is free. :-)
