This very complex decorated home of a healer offers you a rp-ready surgery, a herbs garden and two rooms to live in or to use them as sickrooms as well.
You can save a lot of prims by delinking decorative items (the garden f.e. is 72 prims worth), the whole object (excluding scripts) is modifable.
You'll need a free space of 15.5*23m incl. the garden or 15.5*14.5 without it.
