Of course this club is _not_ just for werewolves but it seemed to be a good name for a biker's club.
This building offers a huge room for f.e. a bar on the base floor, an open room and a small office on the first floor and a double garage.
You may change the roof texture matching to your sim's season.
WARNING: Even if your'e allowed to modify the hole building (inner textures room by room) you should _not_ unlink single objects or link own objects to the building: The texture HUD will not work correctly anymore!
