Moonshine Springs has a monthly decade party, normally held on the first Friday of each month.
This mane is roughly modeled after the character Rainbow Brite, a cartoon from the 1980's. An outfit roughly modeled after her was created by the talented [NI] Creations - Kaida Doodle!
