Urban Living Design presents the NY Loft Warehouse. Low Prim - 23 land impact. Create your own space.. can be used as a club, pub, apartment, or retail shop or store. Floor is a prim which allows for easy rezzing of your furniture items. The warehouse features an open/close door if you choose to create an outdoor space. Partitioned brick walls create a separate living space for bedroom, sitting room etc. Industrial style wrap around light bulb cords hang from the i-beams.

Everything about this build is on point! The textures, attention to detail etc. He could charge 2 or 3 times the price. Responsive builder.
