This build is 35 prim heavy and comes with everything you see including plants, doves, foods/drinks/hedges and lights.
The scene starts with her waiting for him inside the glass dome where the table is set and him coming over and offering her flowers this all can be found in the “couple" menu.
They can then sit, talk while holding hands, wine and dine and afterwards he can get down on one knee and propose.
This is all menu driven and you’ll be fully in control of the next actions you want to take.
A white dove will fly over holding a parchment with the message "will you marry me?" once you get down on one knee by accessing the ASK HER button in the “special menu”.
There is an engagement ring inside the box that he is holding which will have him covered if he couldn’t prepare one, she just has to click the box and will receive the ring if she says yes.
Lastly the happy couple can kiss, cuddle and take pictures outside of the glass dome.

The doves and butterfly are animated, if anything is not moving just click it to enable it.
