4 stars for the mesh, zero for the textures
The mesh works nicely, is fairly well rigged and the triangle count is on the acceptable side -- but PLEASE make it mod. The "texture" is just a flat color with no way to replace it with something better, also no materials and no way to enable them. What reason is there to sell a mesh item with nomod permission? Afraid of content theft? Can happen with any item, no matter if rezzed or worn, regardless of the permissions. Want to sell more colors/designs? Then please provide some top-tier textures and materials instead of flat colors. With bad textures on nomod items you'll just drive away potential customers, no matter how well the mesh part was done.
