I bought this expecting to be able to get it to fit me. The resizer's minimum size is too big for my head. I then went to try to edit it and use the stretching feature in the build tool the manually fit it onto my head only to find it was locked and couldn't be edited.

I wear one of these in real life and was hoping to have my avatar also wear one. Was excited to fin this item, so I bought it immediately. I thought maybe I'd been too quick and didn't read the page right, but the permissions section does say modify and nowhere in the description does it say the headband is no-mod.
