Have you ever been annoyed because you have a name but the search function in Firestorm is balking in providing you a uuid or URI (universal reference identifier)? Now a handy gadget can resolve your problem!
Just wear (or rez) and say
n2u NAME
on either channel 0 (Nearby Chat) or on channel 1 (private!)
where NAME is any name - and bingo! The thing will tell you if such a name exists in the SL avatar database - returned as a URI (link that you can click on in the window to pull up the profile).
The result is given as OwnerSay so it is secure.
