Hanami Dango also called Sanshoku Dango is a Japanese dessert that is made up of glutinous rice flour or mochiko, fresh silken tofu and white sugar. For coloring we use matcha & strawberry powder. The taste has a sweet rice flavor combined with a chewy but firm texture. To add an extra flare we added sesame seeds on top.
