Traditional Japanese Hot Spring to relax in the warm waters while admiring the beauty of nature.
The item is a coalesced object which must be rezz and move on edit mode. Coalesced object because the "splashing water" just below the water level can't be linked.
With couple animations.
You can add bathtubs, jacuzzi or water engines making them invisible and taking advantage of the Hot Spring's shape.

NOTE: Don't be fooled by the "no mod" wording, this is due to the wooden bathtub couple animation scripts, but absolutely everything is modifiable.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!
I have to boast a little here, I saw his hot spring in his showroom one night that i went to go get some more buildings and then I left him either a notecard or IM and asked him if it was for sale hehe and then boom i got a notecard not to long after and then this was on his store I'm one happy girly for this hot spring and i absolutely love it and love Namuri's builds and his sim heheh this is well worth it and can't wait to take pictures and post all over my primfeed heheh
