Sunshade blind.
Phantom, is just a decorative object.
The Sunshade Blind is clickable so you can choose three settings from the menu: blind; rolled up; open.
If you want to widen or lengthen the Sunshade, you need to know that the item is composed of three linked mesh objects, so you'll need to adjust the three objects each at a time (Edit Mode > Edit Linked), using the same measurements you want.
The package also contains the three models of sunshades (blind, rolled up and open) which are not scripted (blind and rolled up are not phantoms), so you can resize it without accessing Edit Linked.
