This starter kit mini includes everything needed to start your own flock. You get 2 birds; one male and one female with random traits and characteristics. You also get a nest for them, landing stick and manager, a mini feeder and 500 units of food (about 2.5 days) Setup takes just a few minutes. The kit includes quick, simple instructions and a video to make the setup easy for everyone. Then you can add a bigger feeder, more landings, nests and of course birds if you wish. Watch your flock grow and interact with you, visitors and the other birds.

These feathery creatures are unlike any animal you've ever seen in Second Life. They make fantastic pets for a home, park and anywhere they can fly and land on your parcel. Each bird has it's own unique personality and lifestyle. You can name them, feed them, and control where they land and live. They are fun to trade and selectively breed as well. They go about living their lives, driven by a set of in-depth personality traits that make them fun to enjoy and watch. But unlike typical pets in Second Life, they are complex enough to allow you to explore a multitude of combinations that define them if you so choose. They mate and produce offspring, carrying forward their elder's hereditary looks and personality traits. Furthermore they can be genetically modified through nutrition to enhance these traits, making them more rare and valuable.
