This is an addon for the Bellisseria Havana Stilt Home.
The pool does not included animations.
The build is modifiable. However, in your inventory it may show as NO MOD due to the scripts inside that are NO-MOD. You can still link/un-link, tint, and mod the mesh parts.

We have included a matching stilt patio post for adding fencing around your pool if you like. The stilt homes come with a railing that works perfectly (and matches) in their content pack. Please get this pack from the post (the one with your address) in the front of your house.
We also included slat panels & support posts, so you may add them to the bottom of your stilt house to match the pool, if also desired.
