This is an addon for the Bellisseria Traditional Continental Home. It will not fit other homes.
The build is modifiable. However, in your inventory it may show as NO MOD due to the scripts inside that are NO-MOD. You can still link/un-link, tint, and mod the mesh parts.
It comes with a texture HUD to allow you to easily match it to your home.

Looks great, mod for resize and texturing/color change, water looks very good as well, low prim...love the design and stairs, ticks all the boxes. :)
