This addon has a two-level patio with baked textures (some PBR). It has an open area in the middle of the patio for a tree or other landscaping and a dirt planter area all along the sides. It has a pool w/steps down and animated water. It includes a pergola on the side.
This addone fits both the Stalefall and Shadowline Linden home.
The pool does not included pose animations. The water is animated.
The build is modifiable. However, in your inventory it may show as NO MOD due to the scripts inside that are NO-MOD. You can still link/un-link, tint, and mod the mesh parts.
