This is a pretty unique structure in SL, there are not really any other buildings quite like it since it is constructed using advanced Neotonian design principles.

Please watch the video if you are planning to buy, the pictures are really inadequate.

Land impact is 89, that is pretty high, the reason is the unified LOD and 100% accurate physics. You can shoot through the windows, and all surfaces impact realistically.

Footprint is: X=26.8 Y=23.5 Z=15.3 meters.

Full-perm textures are included inside for all components; Diffuse, Normal & Specular maps.

Please note: building inner wall and stairwell outer wall are both watermarked with my logo. This is intentional it indicates that the structure is certified Neotonian.
