Neptune Beach House

This house is perfect for the beach, on an island or on a mountain top.

Neptune Beach House is a single storey wood and cement house on a short stilt with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The ceilings are high and all rooms have sliding doors.

There is really no back or front for this house. There are decks on both ends and even the bedrooms have sliding doors for the best view.

The house is 56 land impact and 24x19. I have added optional landscaping, lightings and plants which is 120 land impact. With the landscaping, you will need at least a 27x25 land. This house fits a 1024 plot.

I have made 2 rezzers for easy positioning. One with the house and landscape, another with just the house.

The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

The house doesn't come with furnitures.
