Almost Perfect
great box but does not seem to send out a notice to the tenant or myself when rent is due as it states in the ad. The only notice i ever recieve is if the tenant goes over on prims, Other then that great product.

One of the best out there
Highly recommend, it does exactly what it says it does and has to be one of the best rental systems on the market place, i love the fact that the renter receives a note card with detailed information as the renting condition's and activation.

I have a rental business that did use hippo rent boxs but I found that hippo caused to much lag. this Netgets rental box was perfect, it only uses one script, yes one script! and it still counts your tenants prims and sends them and you a warning when they are over, this is really the box to use if you wont to be carefull of script usage and lag. A+++++
