The New Haus is a modern skybox with wood and metal accents, as well as an exterior facade with big, tall windows.
• The skybox is 16.9 meters wide, 14.8 meters deep, and 17 meters tall. It is just 7 LI total.
This skybox comes with a reflection probe already built in, but you can safely remove it without breaking anything. Same goes for scaling, etc.
All textures + materials are included and full-perm, please check the contents of the "Box of Textures" by rezzing it out and viewing the contents tab in edit mode. It is PBR by default but if you do not have a PBR viewer, there are fallback textures in place. But you really should be on PBR by now, it's not going away.
