The Old Wharf is a rotten looking wooden off sim pier to enhance the border of your sim build.
This pier looks like it has been lapped away by the ocean till near destruction. It is completely modify. You can configure almost all the pieces how you like. Please be aware that the long transparent pole is what allows it to go off sim, it must stay as the root prim (Highlighted in yellow).
