The 2017 Happy New Year Balloons (Copy Version) floats (gently bobs up and down and side to side) and features a touch On/Off option for a Flashing or Static sign presentation (Owner Controlled). It also features a ranged sound sensor set for 5 meters so when an avatar gets within range, will play an sound effect of fireworks and a crowed cheering Happy New Year layered over an instrumental segment of "Auld Lang Syne" and triggers a couple of festive particle effect. Includes a low lag re-sizing script.
