This New Years Hat has been made with high details. There is a small star at the top of the Hat. The star has a nice rotating texture, particles having the shape of the small gold stars and a changing light (7 colors of the rainbow) around it so it looks like a neon light. The Hat includes particles having the shape of colourful fireworks. You can turn on/off the fireworks in a Hat menu. This Hat can be an excellent addition to your costume on New Years Events.
The product is sold with the rights to modify and transfer so that you can change its size in edit mode or with the resize menu.
