They call them loft, even skyloft, or studio, while they really mean a minimally renovated warehouse floor. That's what inspired us in the creation of this Skybox. Old brick walls held together by steel framing, solid wooden floors supported by I-beams, and noone made an effort to hide the air ventilation. But that's exactly the charm of this place, leaving no mistake about living in an old city, in a place that has plenty of history.

Whether you only have a small piece of land, or want something high above your sim in a different theme than what's below, this skybox creates a base for a unique setting.

The many details come from masterly crafted textures in combination with unique sculpties - mostly made specifically for this building, not found elsewhere. The 'renovation' was started back in 2009 and the loft already saw many adventures. Now they can become your adventures!

Modifiable, should you have a need for that. Give the interior a serious paintjob, fancy flooring - do what you might do when you had such a place for real. Or 'hire' us to get the work done for you!

Also in the box is an elevator in case the ladder is too clumsy. That ladder won't reach the roof terrace anyway. Comes with detailed instructions.

Much attention was given to the glass in the large window. The effects suggest the difference between night and day, all automatic.

We added a pose stand, without wasting another prim. It's on the mid-level halffloor, not a bad place to fix your outfit.

NOTE: Designed as a skybox, this building has no exterior door. We'll be happy to add one on request.
