Just wear it.
The animation is just a hold pose however it should not interfere with your ao or your sit pose if you "wear" the newspaper after you sit.
Therefore you will not be in a static position, or shouldn't be
This was made for my own rp after I was unable to find what I wanted on the MP, it works for me and hope it does for you too.
