The "Whor-Guard" system is based off a real life Lightning Detection A system called "Thor-Guard". It is used by various large areas like universities, golf courses, and sports fields to detect lightning.
Since their is no lightning or weather in Second Life, you will have to set the system off yourself. It is more centered around an air raid siren.
It can currently be controlled by either the owner or a group.

I have the Pot and Meth setups so i use this for the place for them so that if theres a raid someone can trigger this to warn everyone to get outta dodge :P i do wish it would work with the alarm system .
