No-TP Area (RLV Application)

- prevents teleporting (TP) of every avi inside the area
- easy area-setup
- includes one TP-area, to use as entry area
- configurable timer

To prevent TP, the avi MUST use the RLV and an active relay. Otherwise
it is impossible to prevent an avi from TP.

Usage
-------
1) Place the No-TP-Box somewhere near the desired no-tp-area.
2) Click it and select 'Marker'
3) Move the marker to one edge of the desired area, click it and select 'EDGE1'.
4) Move the marker to the other edge of the desired area (diametral), click it and select 'EDGE2'.
5) If you want to set up an exclude-area (where TP will be allowed), repeat steps
3+4 but select 'EXCL1' and 'EXCL2'
6) select 'READY'
7) You may edit the notecard 'settings' if you want to enter these edges and other things manually.
TIMER=10 set the scan-period in seconds
EDGE1=<0,0,0> one edge of the area
EDGE2=<0,0,0> the diametral other edge
EXCL1=<0,0,0> one edge of the excluded area
EXCL2=<0,0,0> the diametral other edge of the excluded area
COLOR=<1,1,0> the color of the hover-text, use <0,0,0> to switch it off
NOREZ=1 if 1, permits rezzing also
NOSITTP=1 if 1, permits sitting on a far target also
8) followed by these settings, you can enter a list of avis which should be 'invisible' to the system.
