So you've set your parcel to no-fly, but some of your visitors are ignorant and know how to override your land settings....
Never fear! The No-Fly enforcer will send those people a friendly reminder to knock it off. And, if they choose to ignore the warning, they'll be shown the door 30 seconds later.
Setup is simple:
1. Rez the enforcer wherever you want it. It will scan up to a 96m radius. Larger sims may need to buy two or three for full coverage.
2. The enforcer must be owned by whomever owns the land. So, if your land is group-owned, the enforcer will need to be deeded to the group.
3. Edit the notecard with the names of the people who should be allowed to fly. There are other settings you can change if you want also.
This version has several configurable options:
Admin and Allow lists configure who get notices and who has a free pass to fly over your parcel.
Group Mode grants all members of your group flying rights.
Timing and warning control configure how often and how many warnings a user receives before action is taken.
Idle control helps to reduce lag on your sim.
Action control: Warn, Eject, or Ban offenders. Configure how long they will be banned. Note that the DEMO version warns only.

The script is distributed in a box with full mod (The container has mod permissions, the script does not). So feel free to make it look however you want, or even stick the script in your own object.

I'm sorry to inform you, but this don't recognize my small plot of land! It is affecting the entire 96 meters limit, and it attacked my neighbors with their different lots! The device recognizes the land group and acts blindly, not recognizing land boundaries!
I took a loss of 100 lindens, because I bought 2 and had a lot of headaches with neighbors coming after me and I annoy the owner of the land group, to return the devices to me!
This object works!
Obviously if you are a socket head, and you don't give the object permission to kick, then the object won't be able to kick flying people.
this object must have group permission, you must give it to the "deed group" then there he will be able to kick people.
you also cannot kick a person if you do not own the land.

I use this at my club and it works perfectly fine. It warns people and ejects them if they don't comply. Well worth the money
