Noelle's Swinging on a Star Gown is a NON MESH dress. The bodice is strapless. The top is form fitting and it has long glitch pants, (It could be worn as a cute body suit.) The flexi skirt has white stars on a deep purple back ground and the material is semi-transparent The purple is the color of dreams AND we hope your dreams will come true with Noelle's Swinging on a Star Gown.
